entry in an Oregon Bred event (class or futurity) shall constitute an agreement
that the person making the entry, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach,
driver, rider, and the horse shall be subject to the constitution and rules of
APHA and the local rules of this show and that every horse, rider, and/or driver
is eligible as entered. The owner and any of his representatives accept the
final decision made by the Oregon Bred Committee on any questions arising under
said rules and agree to hold the Oregon Bred Registry, its members, their
officials, directors, and employees harmless for any action. Payment of entries
and/or first entry in the show ring of horses or an exhibitor/owner shall be
deemed to be acceptance of these rules.
