 1.  Any return check will be assessed at a $50.00 collection fee per offense.  Unpaid balances will be reported to the APHA & NWCC.
 2.  Classes may be combined as entries warrant. 
 3.  All scratches will be charged full fee if scratched without 3-class notification.

 5.  All horses must have registration papers (or copy of) presented at Show Office.  All Novice Youth/Amateurs and Youth/Amateurs must present their current      Amateur/Youth cards at the show office.  Cards can be obtained at the Show Office Plus cost and rush fee.
 6.  Novice Youth must have a Noice Youth card to show.  Cards may be obtained at Show Office plus cost and rush fee.
 7.  Amateur & Youth Ownership Rules AM-020 (1-3), YP-013 (A-B)  NOTE: Horses owned in Partnership with others than immediate family or lease do not qualify for Youth/Amateur APHA, NWCC or OCC Awards or Points. 
 
 8. All Open & Amateur Exhibitors must possess a current APHA membership and AllYouth must present a current AjPHA Membership in order to show in APHA-approved classes.   To qualify for NWCC Points and High Point Awards exhibitors must be a member of a NWCC Club to be eligible.
 9.  NO DOGS IN ARENAS, GRANDSTANDS AND MUST BE ON A LEASH IN ALL OTHER AREAS.

1. All entrants must be registered Oregon Bred. There will be a representative at the show to register horses if your horse is not yet registered.
2. Entry fees of $65.00 will be added to the jackpot with a $5. office charge deducted per entry.
3. Classes will follow APHA rules.
4. The Triple Crown Point System will be used.
5. There will be no substitutions or refunds.
6. Winnings will be disbursed per the chart below

Every entry in an Oregon Bred event (class or futurity) shall constitute an agreement that the person making the entry, lessee, trainer, manager, agent, coach, driver, rider, and the horse shall be subject to the constitution and rules of APHA and the local rules of this show and that every horse, rider, and/or driver is eligible as entered. The owner and any of his representatives accept the final decision made by the Oregon Bred Committee on any questions arising under said rules and agree to hold the Oregon Bred Registry, its members, their officials, directors, and employees harmless for any action. Payment of entries and/or first entry in the show ring of horses or an exhibitor/owner shall be deemed to be acceptance of these rules.
